Return

If you are willing to return the product based on your reasons, then you are requested to follow these terms:

  • The product should be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The returned product should be damage-free and unused, in the same condition as when delivered.
  • The packaging of the product should be original.
  • Prior to the return, you should have the slip of purchase or product bill to be eligible for the return.

Refunds

Once our team receives your product for return, you will be informed of it, stating that the product has been received. Then, the expert crew will thoroughly inspect the product and confirm whether it is eligible for delivery or not. The information on the same will be updated for you.

  • If the product is eligible for delivery, then you will receive an immediate refund.
  • The refund will be processed in the same payment mode that you used while placing the order. It might be through credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or any other method.
  • The amount will be credited into your financial account based on the terms of your bank's acceptance of funds.
  • If your product is not eligible for return, then we sincerely apologize for this and inform you that you will not receive any refund in this case.

Shipping
